You play as a schizophrenic guy trying to escape a mental hospital, but you can only fight the doctors when you're having an episode. They only attack you during an episode—and that's the only time you can hit back. Defeated doctors drop pills that heal your illness, but taking them makes your episodes shorter, giving you less time to fight. Use your episodes wisely to break out and win.
